Vintage Fawn Bookends

Charming pair of kitsch vintage ceramic fawn/ Bambi bookends. Roughly from the 1950’s. Marked ‘foreign’ and most likely manufactured in Japan.

Originally would have been used for a child’s bedroom or nursery but they would look iconic on any retro inspired book shelf!

Beautiful item perfect for collectors of vintage ceramics, retro interior decor, kitsch ornaments etc.

In wonderful condition. The photographs accurately reflect the items condition. Some marks/ scrapes but no obvious chips or damage. Some indication on one of the deers necks that it may have previously been broken and glued but I’m not entirely sure. They still look great! Please do look at all pictures though.
